Thanks for the much-needed post, Sir.

One of the most troubling aspects of war as we've played it historically, is that the best and bravest perish.

The Viet-Nam "dust-up" changed things a bit when criminal judiciary bolstered the volunteers by offering "jail vs. army," judges actually sentenced defendants to war. Most of these were small-time drug offenses, ironically, some were probably using the golden triangle heroin shipped back here by the CIA from the very region convicted abusers were sent to fight.

But, the call to Patriots at the outset of the GWOT put us back into fielding the "cream of the crop" into their corpse shredder. There just wasn't enough illuminating discourse available to make informed decisions.

I thank the big bushie for gracing us with the comically named "Patriot Act," particularly the Continuity of Gubmint section that protects our rulers above all, especially their constituents. Even when there are no more constituents.

Onward, Christian soldiers!

The Media created it all that's where all our international moron projects come from while robbing our Treasury 1.5 million USAID NGOs inside our borders
